In the 2016 edition of the Sydney Volleyball League, UTS were again the Club Champions! This was the 6th time in a row that the club achieved this honour. UTS teams finished:
- 1st in Men’s Honours
- 3rd in Women’s Honours
- 2nd in Men’s Division 1
- 1st in Women’s Division 1
- 4th in Men’s Division 2
- 4th in Under 19’s Men
- 3rd in Under 19’s Women
- 3rd & 4th in Under 16’s Women
